1 Year Blue Pailiversary! (+ Giveaway)
Hello wonderful people! Today we have a special announcement: The Blue Pail turns one today! It’s hard to believe, but here we are.
To celebrate this achievement, we have a chill but fun playlist of ten songs, a short story by Annelise, and an Amazon gift card giveaway (details below).

• One Call Away – Charlie Puth
One of the reasons I love this song is because Christ is “only one call away,” and He’ll be there “to save the day”. ❤️
• Shut Up And Dance – Walk The Moon (Zootopia music video).
This is an awesome, bouncy song, and guys, this video is the cutest, funniest thing. Love Zootopia.
• Wonderland – Anson Seabra
It’s kinda sad, but pretty too. Plus, who doesn’t love Wonderland? In some ways it’s similar to Lost Boy by Ruth B.
• If We Have Each Other – Alec Benjamin
Man, this song will get stuck in your head, but it’s one of the sweetest songs…
• I Wanna Be Like You (The Monkey Song) – Fall Out Boy
The original is awesome, but this rock cover is excellent and fun.
• Hold My Heart – Lindset Stirling feat. ZZ Ward
Lindsey Stirling is just awesomeness, and we both love this song. The video is Alice In Wonderland-themed, so you gotta love that 😋.
• Someone You Loved – Lewis Capaldi
A sad song, yet lovely. I have just recently discovered his music, and I like his accent (he’s Scottish).
• All Star– Smashmouth
90’s music is the best, am I right? Also, it’s fun to memorize random lyrics from it: “my world’s on fire/how ’bout yours”.
• Your Text – Sundial
This is an adorable, cutesy, love song that for some reason, feels like lemonade and summertime.
• Unstoppable – The Score
Quite possibly the bouncy-est song on here. It feels like a boxing song.
Blue Pailiversary!
A world full of bright colors and calming scents flood my senses as I take it all in. Even through the deep forest woods, I could still feel the light breeze graze my skin as it softly rustled the foliage around me. Some ways into this enchanting land, there was a smooth transition from woods to a homey, library filled to the brim with books and posts as old as time. A few were new pieces, some were aged. Some were extremely good and pleasing to the soul while others were arguably less than that. All were different from each other, one being on how to make lavender dough, one on the tales of superheroes, one on the genre of mystery, and a few on the love of our God. While all of these seemingly odd posts are separate in subject, the pieces have one thing in common: they fit together in a lovely little place called The Blue Pail.
